Simon brings a wealth of experience in both real estate and management rights to the Ray White Team. Simon not only holds a full real estate agent’s licence, but is also a fully qualified Chartered Accountant. In addition, Simon was the General Manager for a leading fashion chain in Sydney for ten years where he was responsible for 130 employees.

Simon has owned and managed a five star resort in Cairns Northern Beaches for 15 years and is a well-known quality proven performer in the management rights industry. The property that Simon owned won numerous awards and was also ranked no 1 on Trip Advisor due to the high standards that Simon had achieved at the property.

Simon is now focused on establishing and growing the management rights division, but just as importantly selling real estate – a passion he has held for a long time. With an exemplary background in business management and leadership, he is now excited to be assisting sellers and buyers in this industry.
