Maria moved to the beautiful Northern Beaches of Cairns in 1998 and commenced working as administration/reception in town for 8 years before moving into property management. Maria’s experience means that she has dealt with a wide range of clients and managed a sensational range of properties in both the commercial and residential sectors.

Peter Hollier has spent many years working in people-centred environments where communication, trust and building strong relationships have always been at the heart of what he does. With a background in hospitality, customer service and leadership, his career has been built around leading teams, supporting people and creating positive experiences through reliability and a commitment to service.

Now bringing that experience into property management, Peter understands that behind every property is a person, a family, a home, an investment and a level of trust placed in the team managing it. Whether working with landlords or tenants, he prides himself on being approachable, solutions-focused and someone people feel comfortable dealing with throughout every stage of the property journey.

With a calm nature, strong leadership background and down-to-earth approach, Peter is passionate about delivering exceptional service to everyone he works with. He brings a genuine commitment to people, service and creating positive client experiences to the Ray White Cairns Beaches Property Management team.

Having proudly made Cairns home, Peter enjoys the relaxed Far North Queensland lifestyle, getting out and amongst this beautiful place he now calls home and being part of the local community.
