Ray White Cairns Beaches hosted its regular monthly in-room Auctions and achieved an 83% clearance rate with sales for 5 out of the 6 properties offered! The night was an immense success with excellent attendance and spirited bidding being received on all of the 4 properties sold under the hammer. The fifth sale was achieved prior to the Auction with post-Auction negotiations currently taking place on the final property.
Next month several Ray White offices throughout Cairns will band together for a ‘Gala Auction Spectacular Event’ with inclusion of over 20 properties throughout Cairns and the Far North Queensland region. The event will be held on Sunday the 25th of November 2012 at Paradise Palms Country Club in Kewarra Beach at 2:00pm.
