2/96 Moore Street Trinity Beach, QLD 4879

The Summit is a tidy, brilliantly-conceived apartment building, constructed to exacting standards, and only containing 12 large units. Each unit looks out directly over the Ocean, and the Tableland hills behind. This openness also provides flow-through ventilation of the entire apartment, on those days when fresh, cool air is preferable over expensive, electrically cooled air. This building seldom suffers vacancies. The long-term tenant in Unit 2 is now vacating. That brief opening could find it filled with your belongings. Were you to live here you'd have a private, lock up garage, use of the in-ground pool, tiled living areas and granite bench tops. Both bedrooms and the Great Room are air conditioned. Washer and Dryer included.
