Fortnightly Update (15/07/2021) – Ray White Cairns Beaches

By Ben - MahiWeb

Welcome to this fortnight’s edition of our Newsletter.

As we enter into the new Financial Year of 2021/2022, the Cairns Real Estate market remains as buoyant as ever. From higher-end rural and residential properties to suburban and inner-city unit complexes, property is on the move.
Our Ray White Cairns Beaches and Ray White Smithfield offices have since sold 11 properties in Northern Beaches suburbs alone since the 1st July; an excellent result starting us off for the new Financial Year.
Further kicking us off, our team has been busy preparing for our upcoming Waterview and Waterfront Property Auction Gala. The event to be hosted at Bluewater Tavern, Trinity Park, is set to be the ideal backdrop to present (and auction) an array of properties in this sector. If you would like to learn more, do not hesitate to contact our team.
Within this edition we will provide information on the following:
– The Waterview and Waterfront Auction
– Cairns Post – Booming Beachside Hotspots
– How To Prepare a Rental Application
– Photo Quiz – Pick the Place
– Ray White Now – July 2021

Waterview and Waterfront Property Auction

Do you own Waterview or Waterfront property in the Cairns or Port Douglas region?
Looking to take advantage of the strongest Real Estate market Cairns has experienced in over 30 years?
If so, our upcoming Property Auction Gala is one to be considered!
The Waterview and Waterfront Property Auction is set for Sunday, 22nd of August 2021, at 10.30 am and will be held at the Bluewater Tavern, Lighthouse Room, Trinity Park.
If you currently own and are seeking to sell your Waterview or Waterfront property for the best result possible, do not hesitate to contact Paul Stirling on 0418 774 353 or our Cairns Beaches office on 07 4057 1800.

Cairns Post – Rising Beachside Hotspots
The Weekend Edition of the Cairns Post on Saturday, July 10th made a special feature to both the evident rise in beachside hotspots in our local area, as well as a special mention to our recently sold property, 31 Thrush Terrace, Clifton Beach.
The expansive, four-bedroom Clifton Beach sanctuary sold for $1,550,000 in May 2021. An excellent, record-breaking result for the suburb! As Southern migration continues to infiltrate the Cairns and Far North Queensland Real Estate market, it is fair to say that results like these will continue into the new Financial Year.
For more information on the sale of this property, or to receive a complimentary appraisal of your own, do not hesitate to contact our team on 07 4057 1800.
