Fortnightly Update – (01/03/21) – Ray White Cairns Beaches

By Ben - MahiWeb
Welcome to the Ray White Cairns Beaches & Smithfield Fortnightly Update

Paul Stirling coming to you once again from what will be, per capita, one of the busiest tourist destinations in Australia – and we love and welcome the visitors!

During the month of April approximately 200,000 flight seats have been allocated & booked into Cairns. The accommodation houses & tourist operators are welcoming this influx! In a visit to Palm Cove yesterday I noted that already, there was a lot more foot traffic on the streets. Like February, the month of March is also proving to be equally active, with buyer demand remaining extremely strong & “days on market” are getting less and less. Going by the number of sales already recorded, I feel an office record could be on the cards.

Last month Ray White Australasia recorded another personal best in sales across the group – these huge numbers are noted below!

In Australia alone, we recorded $3.35 billion in total sales, up 42 per cent on the prior February. In New Zealand, we transacted $1.42 billion of property, up 84 per cent in 12 months.

New Mining Operation in Aurukun

In another major boost for the local Cairns economy, a large scale bauxite mine, with an expected twenty plus years life span, has been approved for Far North Queensland with Cairns being the nearest supply city. Find more details HERE.

Premier Status

Finally and most importantly, we proudly announce another sales team member – Simon Batt has just been awarded “Premier” status within the Ray White Group! Congratulations Simon!

New Trinity Beach Roundabout

Cairns Regional Council have announced upgraded construction from intersection to roundabout on the corner of Rabaul Street and Trinity Beach Road. Construction works are yet to be formally programmed, however it is expected that works would be completed prior to the end of 2021.

Positioned at one of the highest points on the northern side of the imposing “Earl Hill”, & within the gated “Trinity Circle” community, this residence offers its owners and guests a stunning view of the coastline and Coral Sea.

After a vigorous day’s work, what could be more satisfying than to wind down with this view and the greater panorama as a soothing, peaceful backdrop?

The three-tier design will suit many family living arrangements and circumstances. There is a main bedroom choice – on the lower level or the “hideaway” suite on the very private upper level. Two further bedrooms are located at the western end of the main level which also houses the expansive open-plan living room which then spills out onto the wide patio.

The recreation deck is a terrific area for morning yoga or exercises, or for the more energetic, take the beach track directly to Trinity Beach!

This multi-tiered residence not only offers one of Cairns’ most outstanding panoramic views plus: –

– Bedrooms are located for privacy
– Expansive patio and deck areas on two (2) levels
– Room for a wet-edge pool
– The opportunity to enhance the existing decor and create your palace in the clouds!

To be sold at or prior to auction, Thursday 8th April 2021 at 6.30pm.

Auction Venue – Bluewater Tavern, The Lighthouse Room, Trinity Park.

*3D virtual tour available upon request.
